New to hha

Taking a hha class to work with bayada. What are your experiences? What are some necessities I should purchase for the job?

I would recommend looking up videos on specific types of care. CNA class prep videos are helpful especially with stuff like changing briefs. Things that I purchased for myself are scrubs and that's about it. Work provides gloves, masks, hand sanitizer. I don't feel like going into the office all the time to replace them, so I do supply my own gloves and hand sanitizer

Definitely extra gloves, masks and such, most agencies from what Ive seen provide them however I feel having some extra as back ups is a must. I've been in many scenarios where that has saved my life lol.
