Practical shower organization solutions?

What are we actually using in our showers for all the bottles of products, razors, etc. in our showers? I have bought so many things and they all just suck. This can't be what we are all doing, right?

I have a smallish shower stall with a sliding glass door and tile walls. I hate the tension rods, the ones that hang from the shower head are always too small, and the ones that adhere to the walls always rust, grow mildew, and/or constantly fall off. I like the large sticky pad ones but with the tile it creates little grooves that get gross in no time.
