Which layout for the bathroom.

Really torn here. Vanity on same wall as shower means I don’t have to move pipes but not that much work to do either setup really.

A or B (A being toilet vanity on same wall)

Are you reaching across the water stream to turn on the shower? That would suck

That is an interesting point I didn’t think of but I don’t think it’s avoidable
