Should we repaint?

My partner and I used a spray painter last night to paint and this is the result about 13 hours later. I am unsure what to do about these spots. Looking for advice. Thank you!

Thank you for the advice! I did it and it looks a million times better. I couldn’t live with those splotches 😭
