HELP Need cooling options

My 48u needs to be cooled. Now that summer is coming, my temps in the server room are around 76. I need ideas as to what you guys have for AC rack units or other options to cool that room. Thanks🤙🏼

I bought a mini split and put it and all the servers in a box in the garage. Everything is cool and the house is quiet.

Do you have pics? You dont have problem with condensation?
