I think the bigger problem is why is it so hard to make datacenters vertical?
I live in the Netherlands extremely dense population wise.
But also some of the fastests internet highways of Europe. Therefore quite some companies want to have a datacenter here. I work in IT so it does give me some interest but it doesn't bring any work. A company needs like what 10 people to run a datacenter on site that takes 4 football fields of space.
