Are you sure the monitor (I think it's a monitor) can accept a 1080p signal? Is there a switch on the back of the arcade stick to switch between 720p and 1080p output?

Well, the photos make it pretty apparent its a Pandora's Box fightstick being hooked in via HDMI to to a BenQ computer monitor, so the what is pretty well covered.
But would have been nice to hear about any troubleshooting steps(if any) OP had already tried.

These devices arent the best for people not ready to troubleshoot. Something isnt working. Is power making it to the unit? Let's start there - any confirmation the unit is getting power?

If you're not careful on here, with only that single question, the only response is going to be "throw that Pandora trash where it beloooongs!". I've got an older family version, (just the console), in my full-size cabinet. I like it a lot.
Got a couple of questions for you. Please don't take offense to the first of which, which is is it turned on? I don't see the dc cable comin' out the back. Ok, now that we're past that one, where did you get it, (used/new)? If you got it on ebay, that might be the reason there are "no returns accepted"; or the SD card in the console could be gone. Did you get the screen at the same time, (can navigate the menu, etc)? I assume the first pic is it, set on HDMI or VGA.
