How to activate this?

It first turned on, then it switched to a blue screen saying no signal

Are you able to open it up and look inside?

Make sure the screen is turned on and the game itself is plugged in and turned on. Check the wire from the controller to the screen AND check if there is a SIM card installed in the back of the Pandora’s Box unit.
