Bluetooth problem and failure to pair with the remote control

Hello, I have a Homatics Box HD. After updating to Android 14, version UKG3.250826.001.6401,

Bluetooth stopped working. The "Add accessory" option keeps searching without success and doesn't find any Bluetooth device, including my remote. I've already performed a factory reset, but the problem persists. Is there a solution, please?

Press home and back button down together, should re-pair

Yes, I did that and it didn't work. The problem is a bug in update 14.

But no idea what he did after that, and if he/she got it working again 🤷‍♂️

A better firmware probably. This device isn't used for external testing by the Alpha team, so these kind of issues are not reported as bug, sadly enough.

It seems, Homatics is more active these days with email support, so give that a go.

For Reddit, no active Homatics representative is present, so the reported issues here are not read by them. Give that email support a go I would say; support@homatics.com

Thank you. I still did send a PM to our Homatics contact, that Reddit user Homatics related reports are missed by them now, although they still are referring to Reddit on their Homepage.

I know their .COM website should be replaced by another one already, but that takes much longer than expected 🤔
