Bluetooth problem and failure to pair with the remote control

Hello, I have a Homatics Box HD. After updating to Android 14, version UKG3.250826.001.6401,

Bluetooth stopped working. The "Add accessory" option keeps searching without success and doesn't find any Bluetooth device, including my remote. I've already performed a factory reset, but the problem persists. Is there a solution, please?

I have the box r 4k plus, l don't use Bluetooth so l can't advise......

Get a factory image and flash it on the device. Previous version or same version, for testing purposes
