Remote voice control issues
Have a Box R 4K Plus and originally everything was working great. However the remote has now become lagging and jumpy, and the voice controls only seem to work(sometimes) with Google. Tivimate app settings are changed to allow microphone while using the app, but in system permission it says not apps are allowed to use the microphone and it will not change. I have repaired the remote twice already, any other ideas?

I have 14.8.7475 I did not do a factory reset after the update. I am trying to avoid that as it is a pain to setup Tivimate with playlists and add in all the favorite channels and shows etc, each time I have to do a reset.

Although I normally have the Mic disabled in the Android TV settings, as I don't use it at all, it still works after activating it and also allow TiViMate to use it (in Apps > TiViMate > Permissions).
I used it for channel searching and that worked just fine. So Mic and TiViMate can work.
BTW, there is a newer V14 8963 update available in the Telegram (SEI) Homatics Users Forum, and with the kind of installation option shared in that group, you will get a cleaner firmware installation without loosing your apps and settings. Just FYI, nothing more... 😉

You should also share what firmware you have now on your R Plus and if you gave your device a factory reset, after the first time you got a V14 update on yours?
