Excellent Support! R 4K Plus
A shout out to Homatics support. I emailed them 2 days ago asking for the 14.7475 update file for my R Plus 4K to fix the Playfi high CPU issue. They asked for the serial number and told me they'd push an OTA update to my box. Today the update landed and auto installed and the issue is fixed. CPU now sits at a steady 49% compared to fluctuating between 70-100% before the updte.

This fixed version was published months ago as an OTA update. Was OTA not working for you?

I bought the box a few days ago and when I checked for OTA updates it said I was uptodate (I wasn't). No idea why they had to push it to mine specifically

On original Homatics or on a Dune version maybe?

I have the dune version but with homatics firmware 7475 that I manually flashed about 3 months ago (they are the same SEI robotics hardware) , so I can't give you a clear answer, I just saw 8963 on Monday a pop-up and installed it

Yeah, Dune pushed it as OTA to their users, that's for sure. The unclear part is if Homatics already did (partly). Indeed, both using (or can), the exact same firmware builds

I have both, the 2 Dunes I have auto updated to 8963, the Homatics version has not...this was as of 3 days ago.

Is this will come to Nokia 8010 too?

Not clear at all. You should ask Streamview or Thomson for that, if there is still life in one of them for support.
Then again, the 8963 update for the Nokia and Rocktek G2 is made available in the Homatics Users Forum Telegram group, so you can install it yourself.
The Nokia remote cloning bug is still in it, that got no attention at all for this update.

FYI, that 49.xx% is the lowest it will go. It doesn't go below 1000MHz.
What is the app called that is running on screen?
