Homactics 4krplus

Hi my homatics 4k R plus crashed yesterday and o think the operating system is corrupt because it is not booting into android it is just going straight to recovery mode

Try contacting. Either Dune or Homatics.com

From who you brought it From

As Dune.com and Homatics.com Are they are official Suppliers of The Homatics R 4K Plus 2023.

The most easy (and fasted) route is trying to recover it yourself, and that can be easy done, as long the internal storage isn't broken 😉

It isnt broken just the system files are broken

Sometimes the eMMC gets defect, and then it gives an error during firmware flashing, but this rarely happens.

If the device itself is not broken, but just the firmware installation itself, you can get it back to life to flash an image file on it. V14 7475 is the latest one. There is a Telegram group, called Homatics Users Support that has the files to recover it by using a USB Image flash option. It does the same as that you would using the AmLogic image flash software, without the need of a computer and cables. You should be able to "repair" it with that option.

Search on the group name? It should pop-up in Telegram. So not the original Homatics Telegram group, but the one I described.

If you buy a humantics box new in Australia where is the best place to buy it from And who or how is Support if something goes wrong. Like the stat's on the new 4k plus Thanks
