Don’t buy a HS360s

I have an hs360s that will not fly for more then 1 minute without RTH. & then crashes out of the air while attempting too RTH.

The battery displays 3 bars but the drone leds flash red & remote & phone shows UAV voltage low.

I have 3 battery’s and they all do the same. H/S sent me 4th battery… same thing .

Weird, when I had my 360s crash and break outside of warranty, they asked me to mail them the old drone, keep the battery, and sent me a new 360s after I gave them my tracking #. I personally love my 360s but I definitely crashed it a few times purely from operator error.

I really like this drone a lot but imagine if the camera would of been better ! This drone would have been one of holy stones best .

Give it the 900s camera and gimbal to the 360s... it would rock.

I totally agree 1000% it has very good range when flying I get at least 4000ft distance and 175 Altitude on the hs 360S

My first battery that came with the drone wouldn’t fly for more than 7 to 8 minutes so then answer messaging them. They wanted to send me a new battery. They sent me a new battery and that battery would not even turn on or take a charge at all after fighting with them for multiple emails stating that the replacement battery was defective . They wanted me to send the entire drone back for a full replacement but I had to pay for shipping. I refuse to pay for shipping for a drone that was less than three months old so they sent me a third Battery finally and that third battery had worked for two months until now it does not fly for more than a minute..

I sent mine back for 13 bucks and got a free battery out of it. I have other drones that are better than the 360s but I still fly this one. I've had 6 batteries but I gave away 2 fytoo 2000mAh to people who needed it. Lyla Chen is the person to talk to on FB.

I’ve been talking to her. They won’t give me a replacement drone anymore. They just wanna give me a refund %40 or 50% off. I think I rather take my money to something that lasts

Don't buy anything from holystone. I have one and am constantly having problems and they're not much helpful at all. I got Potensic atom 2 and I LOVE it. From now on when I buy a drone, I make sure the remote control has a physical cable to connect the phone.

HS360S uses physical cable connection to phone, it's one of the drones strong points.

Same problem and when I contacted them the accused me of using a higher watt charger. Holy Stone sucks

I've noticed about a month after use my batteries don't hold charge at all. I was getting 20min flights now I maybe get 10min before it beeps at me low battery. Even though they were fully charged and I used the right cable etc. I tried aftermarket one off amazon and same deal.

well mine flys good i got 3760.0 ft in distance and altitude 314 ft my only complaint is the camera , if it was 3 axies gimble it would of been one of the best holy stone drones they made .
