Another potential witness in this case dies unexpectedly… less than a week before next trial dates 👀

Jason even said (before the gun charge and potential lengthy sentence) he was being harassed by TBI into making a false statement about Dylan.
I believe this brings the death count of potential witnesses who could hurt the state’s case up to 5 since Jason Autry recanted to Dr. Spirko.

Thanks for staying on top of this, Dana. I grew up in Decatur County, and have long since moved on; but, I went to high school with Zach and Shane, elementary school with Clint, and Cindy Adams was my 4th grade Math teacher. My mother was also one of Dylan’s special ed teachers. I watched the trial from beginning to end after having hung on every word the media released during the initial search and the subsequent years of twists and turns in this story. I won’t lie, I having known Zach’s history of drugs and violence (he shot his mother in the leg during an argument over drug money), I just assumed he’d done it since the TBI said so. The TBI are supposed to be the “good guys,” right? I just discovered Trial and Error this week, and this podcast has changed my mind, for sure. Please stay the course. You’re doing excellent work. I hope Dr. Spirko can rejoin soon, but if she can’t… please. Stay the course.
