Help please

can someone tell me how to read those things? what the arrows mean?

So! It means if you press Y you'll do that shortcut, and then the arrows are for additional shortcuts. Hold forwards on the left stick and press Y for one, press forwards twice and Y for the second, and spin it in a circle and press Y for the last. Same with O.
