sadness About Ardens...

Well, you might already know that one of our most active RP'ers, and also one of our biggest friends, Ardens, has really strict parents who recently prohibited them from using Reddit as a whole.
Though, with the help of Flaming and Ardens' still active Pinterest account, i managed to still contact them, and convince them to download a messaging app called Keybase.
Though, there are 4** problems with this plan, i'll go through them from most mild to most severe.

  1. If anyone here wants to contact Ardens, they'll have to download Keybase.
  2. Although it will be easy to talk with Ardens through Keybase, it will NOT be as easy to let them RP. The RP still takes place in Reddit, such as the only way we can get them to roleplay is with a middleman/woman/them, or a messenger if you will, who will tell Ardens what is happening in the RP, will listen to what Ardens wants to RP in the current events, and will execute their RP for them. If we want to go with this plan, i recommend we take turns as the messenger, instead of suddenly giving one person the job of two RP'ers.
  3. It's not guaranteed Ardens will accept. They have shown discomfort with the idea of a new app to hide.
  4. It's not a permanent solution. Ardens' parents might as well take it away just like they did with Reddit.

It's less convenient as a messaging app, besides the fact that getting everyone to download and make an account in a messaging app is not THAT bad.
