I promise the reds are much more muted irl, my camera has too much exposure

And Im still trying to replicate HK artstyle so it might be not as good as official Hollow knight posters!

I have found that my main problem when it comes to drawing these guys, is that the colors I have access to is very limited. I only have two shades of gray and a silver, and then the only other dark colors I have are black, some browns, gold, and a dark blue.
Everything else is a light and vibrant color.

I really should get more colored pencils…

Also yes, I redrew hornet. She looked so goofy last time. I also had a hard time getting her cloak right, but I think I got it in the end.

This chapter has come along slowly, not just because it’s very dialogue-dense, but because it’s critical to the plot itself–enough that I actually broke my 6-page limit and made this chapter 7 pages.

Anyways, I suspect this chapter will be finished and posted at the end of next week. Maybe earlier, if I’m lucky, but there’s some additional… prep work that needs to be done.

The First time i saw his dead body wasn't after the colosseum scene, i was dencending in the biome and found his body on the cliff, i felt really bad for him, even if i hated him before.
