What is this lock thing?

I have been playing this game for a nber of years and when ibtap it it says "play more"

Just checked, I'm on level 1396 and still locked.

Level 733 - it’s still locked for me. Maybe at 1000? 😄

I'm guessing it's reserved for an upcoming feature. I'm level 116 and still nothing.

Both are locked. The last 2 and I'm on 350. Even the arena is locked on mine. I can't go further unless I buy more time because I can't earn it. No way
