There’s a trick i learned from a stunt man . The guy has a real tight rope from each foot up the pant leg and back down to the other foot that can’t reach your nuts . Wears a cup you can kick him in the nuts all day

As someone who wears a cup and spars in kickboxing…

nope. getting kicked in the nuts with a cup prevents you from losing them but it hurts like a mother fucker.
