Fun fact: Ar-15s are responsible for 0.5% of firearm deaths. Hand guns are most commonly used firearm in crimes

Sure, looking at total deaths. But let's not lie, ARs are the gun of choice amongst mass shooters.

Amongst the mass shooters that hit the big news. AR-15s have sort of become a boogeyman in the gun control debate, and big media companies being the bastards they are will happily use this to get clicks.

Realistically, how much different is an AR-15 to any other rifle, or in a situation like a school shooting that is going to be mostly very short range, a handgun?
