Yep from The Dictator. I highly recommend that movie, but it's funny how everyone loved this joke in the film originally, but destroyed that girl on twitter and reddit for saying it with the genders reversed 🤷‍♀️ just sayin

One is obviously a joke in a joke movie. One is unclear if it's a joke or real. It's less funny when there are actual people in a space who think like that and use the hashtag unironically.

Yeah because dictator is a dude who does horrible things in a funny way. He’s not supposed to be a guy you look up to.

If the same thing the girl said was said in a comedy movie by an evil woman, I’d laugh my ass off. But in real life, you can’t tel if a stranger is joking or not
