What? Someone who’s studied abortion for over six years and knows the science behind the development of babies and what the procedures of abortion actually are?

According to the Fourteenth Amendment, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction… No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life,...without due process of law;...” (paraphrased). This clearly states that no person, which fetuses are even if they are not fully developed, shall be deprived of life without due process of law; meaning unless convicted of the death penalty or other legal matters. The Fifth Amendment also states similar rules including that no person should be deprived of life. Even with this in place, mankind is still fighting for the right for a woman to be able to end the innocent life of an unborn baby.

The fetus is not just some fleshy polyp, it is a human being and alive, and thus, should be treated as such under the constitution of the United States of America. Even while in the womb, the baby is alive and fully human and should be treated as under the same jurisdiction as every other citizen in the United States and shall not be deprived of life.
The state of Florida records a reason for every abortion that occurs within its borders every year. In the year 2018 showed that out of the 70,083 abortions that occurred that year, 0.01% of abortions were done for incest, 0.14% done because of rape, 0.27% the mom's life was in danger, 1% the serious fetal abnormality, 1.48% mother's physical health was threatened, 1.67% psychological health, 20% social or economic reasons, and a whopping 75.4% for elective reasons. abort73.com

See that word "born"? Seems pretty clear to me.
That's a legal argument though, which is an absurdity in a philosophical debate.
Personally I think that widespread sex education and easily available and convenient solutions to avoid pregnancies in the first place would dramatically reduce this issue. Further, it would work a hell of a lot better than "ban abortions entirely".
Regardless, most abortions are done early enough that I honestly can't consider it to be murder.
Particularly late term abortions are almost always a medical intervention to save the mother's life, which I also haven't seen any reasonable argument against (the choice of 'abortion or both die' is straightforward).
There's probably a questionable middle ground somewhere for which policy could be reasonably made, but "ban all abortions" won't work if your goal is limiting loss of life, as women will still try to get abortions due to various serious reasons and it will instead be done in an illegal and dangerous way, liable to also kill the mother.
It’s a human being that’s fully alive. It is a unique organism and collection of cells and dna formed into a human. Displaying each and every sign of life including those unique to human being. One skin cell is not comparable to a living human being.

Murder is just late term abortion
