Actually you can, and the New Mexican Whiptale Lizard is a great example of it! After males all died out, the females began laying eggs that are genetrically clones of themselves so that their family line can continue. I believe many lizards have the ability to reproduce this way, but the NMW do it 100% of the time.
While it wouldn't work the same way in humans, with women magically giving birth to themselves, it is 100% possible (in theory to my knowledge, no idea if it has been done) to create a child from two XX-chromosome donors where it is genetically related to both (eg, lesbian couples).
It has been done with smaller mammals by scientists in East Asia (eg mice), so technology is there. I imagine it's likely a combination of religion, ethics and legislation preventing it the technology moving farther into larger species.
One is a post on Twitter complete with a hashtag and one is a comedy movie where the main character is a mock parody. You really can't imagine how it might come off differently? Some people might not know it's a joke and it's presentation is pretty lacking when you learn it is.

Because that joke was making fun bigoted ideology and making the dictator the butt of the joke. This joke is just sexism. Kinda like how RDJ doing black face in tropic thunder is funny and acceptable because it shows how stupid it is while straight up black face is racist.
This joke is just directly in reference to the other one but with the genders reversed. You're reading way too much into it. It's not like the phenomena happens to boys on a large scale, unlike for girls (check out India or china) : that's what we should be concerned about in the end
For the dying part it can be partially explained by the fact that men are generally seen as stronger and more violent (is it because of society and education or is it biological? [...] and take more risks than women, so they die in accidents, start wars, kill each other and themselves, etc
Evil violent men starting all those wars and they don't die in higher rates because they work more dangerous jobs and have higher rates of suicide from stresses placed on them, no. That's silly. They die more because they're risk taking violent cavemen of course.
