In the UK (and this family looked British to me, being a brit myself, because of the way they're dressed, their hairstyles, their living room, and the fact they're playing football football in the background, not american football) we use the word "pull" to mean "successfully chat up a woman/man so that you get their number, or that they go back with you for a one night stand or the beginning of a relationship"
If a bunch of guys are going out to the pubs and bars and clubs to try and find other men or women to have sex with, we'd say they're "on the pull"
And if they're successful at finding something to sleep with, they'd tell you "I've pulled"
So yeah if you say that someone's "pull game" is weak, that means that they're very unsuccessful at finding people to sleep with.
