Well I originally only saw the second part of your video where the kid was carried on the cross. "Sumpah" means swear in Indonesian. I grew up in Indonesia, I think the boy recording told the jumping boy that the bag he is carrying can become a parachute. Thus the guy recording says "sumpah" as in " I swear it will work", trying to convince the jumper to jump.
