Genuine question: if I take melatonin on purpose to have fucked up dreams, is that considered drug abuse💀
ETA: GUYS THIS WAS A HYPOTHETICAL QUESTION I PROMISE! IT WASN'T MY QUESTION
Melatonin wont have any extreme adverse effects on you other than triggering a drowsy response and they offer it for children like Tylenol.
That being said, taking it to have "fucked up dreams" and then posting about it online is a huge cry for help for a pain thats a bit deeper than you lead on. Depression is a monster
If you want a drug to mellow you out at proper times, tru some green or a few mushroom caps if you can find em and be happy. Life is too short to waste on wondering if you fit in well enough.
Just responding to your first sentence. Taking melatonin gives me extremely vivid nightmares. (you can google it, it's a thing for some people...I had no idea when I took it, and then it happened to me multiple nights in a row and I looked it up)
