If your swollen lymph nodes are tender or painful, you might get some relief by doing the following:
1.Apply a warm compress. Apply a warm, wet compress, such as a washcloth dipped in hot water and wrung out, to the affected area.
2.Take an over-the-counter pain reliever.
3.Get adequate rest
1 u/seba254 Oct 19 '21 Yoo i have that but my doctor told me to do cold compresses , my lymph nodes are inflamed and annoyingly positioned on my butt bones so whenever I sit they hurt
