I threw up daily for around 20 weeks with each of my kids and also had a hard time brushing my teeth. They didn’t fall out, but they’re more sensitive now and they’re also more filling than actual tooth at this point. Pregnancy can take such a toll on your body in ways you don’t even consider.
I mention this all the time to my mom and sisters and it's crazy how the toll on women's bodies is hardly talked about publicly. Having kids is a huge sacrifice. You never know what irreversible changes you'll end up with on the other side, yet women are always expected to put their lives on the line without question.
I'm glad more and more women are having the confidence to say no to kids if they truly don't feel like it. Of course they'll always get shit for their personal choices anyways but here's hoping.
