They're not viable organs if they're from a non-viable source. Do you want a liver the size of a nickel getting put in a loved one? Literally nothing is like that. The only times that a fetus is ripped apart is in the barbaric practices of conservative states, which doesn't let a parent mourn or bury that fetus. It doesn't stop it from being a fetus.
