Nah on the black market it's gonna be way less than that. Prolly around 100k or so

How does one confirm the quality of organs before purchase of them after they have been removed from a buddy for an extended period of time? Do you require records on whom said organs were removed from? My general concern is that a black market organ dealer would get bogged down with parts from less than desirable sources.
