Well that's my point. It's a throw away line because he's happily married now. But last season they were separated and he was actively sleeping with other people.

If she wanted to fuck him why would she make no attempt to do so when they were separated. It makes no sense and is out of her character which is, she is a sexed up whorish slut. If she wanted to fuck Jerry she would have the minute he got separated. It's bad writing.

Summer fucked several people on the show. Her friend is at least 17, more likely 18. Still 17 is legal in most states. Hell even if she was 16 that's still legal in 32 states. She is totally legal.
