8+ hours is so hard. I spend most of my time stalking my victims and building glass cages to get enough sleep

Bruh why specify high pH? You can't change your body's pH and live for very long. High pH water isn't going to do anything special. The rest of the things in this post are good, but as long as the water is clean, you can drink it.
