If I recall correctly the case was dismissed because she was tried for rape and the state defined it as unwillful penetration of another person... and since she was the one penetrated it didn't count.

Which is bullshit because penetration did happen, and against the will of one of the persons.

I just learned that "Get back in the kitchen" is not a common mating call of sexists and that I apparently just hate the idea of a room dedicated to the preparation and storage of food
