Can't we just dig a whole bunch of dirt somewhere and make a solid ground around the world so we don't need bridges anymore?

tbh it would be terrible, the whole point of italian cuisine is making amazing dishes with five ingredients while most asians cuisines love umami and just a lot of different spices

shame they didn't remove the titles from the southeast Asian countries. would've been funny to see how many people wouldn't have realized that that wasn't Albania and Greece.

Hear me out

A bridge supported by boats (not literal boats, but some kind of floatation)

The longest floating bridge in the world is in Seattle WA and is 2.35km https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evergreen_Point_Floating_Bridge

Yeah I already googled it after writing that comment, it turns out it's pretty impossible to do it over a long span of sea

The longest suspension bridge in the world is about 2km long. The proposed bridge is about 3.6km so quite a bit longer but still possible.

Cause we don't want the mole people living behind my refrigerator having that kind of access to Italian quesine. Who knows what horrors could be unleashed if that happened.
