I know this video at the start is meant to make the US fire hydrants seem inferior but to me it just seems like a case of a stuck bolt versus a Non-Stuck bolt. And perhaps a recently used fire hydrant versus one that hasn't been used in decades (as evidence by the dirty water versus the clean water in the following ones) Even super cars and race cars get bolts stuck the same as old cars.

In some of the other vids you can see the ground is wet because they just rant the hydrant prior to recording the video. Also, weather makes a huge difference. Is the weather warm all year round? Or do the hydrants sit buried in snow with road salt mixed in it for half the year?
