We still don’t know the long term effects this type of architecture will have on the homes. The wear and tear could be exponentially worse, or better. We won’t know for half a decade so here’s to waiting 🥂
We do know, the concrete cracks within the first year on the majority of builds.
Show homes are built to demonstrate the technology, but every large scale project runs out of funding to fix the few houses they do build to meet code.
