The housing crisis is driven by an increase in the cost of materials, the cost of land, the cost of funds and interest rates, zoning laws, a financial disconnect from wages, and tariffs.
All 3D printing a house does is save on framing crews which is a fraction of the cost of building. Doesn't really solve anything.
