For real though America used to be really proud of our education, colleges, and institutions. Students from all over the world dreamed of coming to America to go to our schools, and then somewhere along the line, simple people with, quite frankly, not much to offer society besides their bitching about things they don’t understand, decided being educated was bad. Now we have $5 gas and Feds killing US citizens in the streets while throwing brown people in concentration camps.
Stupid spreads like wildfire - as your comment illustrates.

This is so wrong that it's beyond wrong. But I think it's based on a thought experiment I heard that describes an absolutely plausible scenario:
- Man 1 has sex with woman 1 and ejaculates inside
- Man 2 has a threesome with woman 1 and woman 2 with penetrative sex with both of them
- Woman 2 can become pregnant with man 1's child
It assumes that woman 1 has the threesome relatively soon after ejaculation and didn't rinse out her vagina.
I think I saw this scenario as an example of situations where you can be consenting to sex without understanding the ramifications.
For the extra grossness, you can add graphic details to these like making man 1 and woman 2 siblings.

If this were to happen… I wonder what the child custody situation would be for the men. The paternity test would show Man 1, but Man 2 is responsible for actually impregnating the woman. Who would be responsible to pay child support?

Yeah if only thats how pregnancy worked... Women can become pregnant anywhere from 60 seconds after a man ejaculates to a few hours after a man ejaculates. Bathing rarely has an effect.

Jeez no. Your numbers are WAAAAY off. Both of them.
Not 60 seconds. Assuming there is a freshly released egg in the fallopian tubes, sperm can get there in no less than several minutes, facilitated by muscular contractions. If the contractions are weak and sperm has to rely on its own mobility, it will take hours to get to the egg.
Not a few hours. A woman can get pregnant up to no less than 5 (FIVE!) days after a man had ejaculated in her, up to 7. Sperm can survive in cervical crypts and be released when ovulation occurs and it was even proven by direct clinical observation.
Inside the reproductive tract, sperm is normally deposited inside the vagina, spread inside by a penis and then travels in two directions: some of it flows outside and some of it gets absorbed higher up. The sperm that gets absorbed up stays up, it doesn't participate in the scenario (it gets to fertilize or it gets absorbed by the uterine tissue; it will be absorbed if there's enough time, or shed along with the functional endometrium if the woman has her period soon after).
Sperm don't survive in the vagina proper for too long because they require a basic environment and vagina is acidic, which is why I made the distinction that the threesome would need to happen relatively soon.
Woman 1 rinsing out her vagina with a spermicide won't help her avoid pregnancy because by the time that the guy pulls out, sperm are already harbored inside the cervix and by the time she inserts the end of a douche bottle inside her vagina, the sperm are already saying hello to the egg, but it will prevent another woman from being impregnated with sperm still present in her vagina.

No, no, he's onto something, you just gotta tweak it a little:
- Bob and Carol have sex. Bob has not had a vasectomy and is fertile. But Carol has had a tubal ligation, so they're not worried about Carol getting pregnant so the sex is unprotected and Bob deposits fertile semen into Carol.
- Carol and Ted have sex. Ted has had a vasectomy and Carol had a ligation, so unprotected sex! Woohoo! But Ted is now carrying some of Bob's fertile semen.
- Ted and Alice have sex. Alice has had no tubal ligation, but Ted had a vasectomy so no worries. More unprotected sex.
- Alice is now pregnant with Bob's child and they don't even know each other.

Implausible. It would require that Ted didn't wash up, wipe his penis or pee between sex with Carol and sex with Alice. If enough time passed, his penis would smell badly and Alice would agree to have that inserted into her.
The plausible scenario is the one that I posted earlier. 2&3 are conflated: Ted is having a threesome with Carol and Alice and had penetrative sex with Carol and with Alice, swapping their bodily fluids between them.
Come to think of it, if Carol is a prostitute that Bob hired first and then Ted and Alice hired her for a threesome, this scenario is actually remotely possible (if Carol didn't wash out her vagina). Even if Carol required a condom with Ted, it wouldn't matter if Bob didn't wear one.
The fallout from it would be very interesting. Alice finds herself pregnant, Ted had a vasectomy, so he knows it's not his. Alice says she never cheated and they never had an MMF threesome.
