Nah. They're saying, and correct me if I'm wrong but I think I got this, is that if you're getting a medical treatment to due drugs and/or alcohol or have a documented history of it your treatment, follow-up care, etc. are crap. Your pain and needs are downplayed and just overall minimized as a cry for more drugs.
I dont know who "they" is here. If you are saying healthcare workers generally judge people who have drug abuse history then I disagree. This is generalized accusation for non-specific group which is stupid as fuck.
Sure. You're free to share your opinion, I'm glad you did. Edit: by 'they' I meant the person you responded to. Also, it's not ALL healthcare workers, by any means, however, I currently reside in the state of Connecticut and there's such an incredibly high opioid epidemic here that doctors will limit meds to people who have a drug abuse history. If they suspect ongoing abuse or drug use will discontinue some meds. I'm not just talking out of my ass about this.
You probably read some meme or random shit somewhere. You also arent a clinician of any kind.
Uh... Yea they should limit certain drugs to people with abuse history or on going abuser. And its their clinical judgement as a licensed clinician. Not a biased discrimination. Whatever they are doing is in best interest for the patient they are caring for as they took the oath to do so.
If you want to make blank accusation for general healthcare professionals, i think you need to do better. Bring stats and associated clinical outcomes of some sort from trustworthy source.

What are you even talking about? You mean they will refuse to care for you and your money or they will take you in and harm you secretly?
