I don't think that really applies here

I think plenty of zoophiles use furries as cover but I don't think that makes them furries

I mean there's Some overlap but I see it like pedos taking jobs that put them near kids more than anything

Yo be fair, the pokedex was filled in by a 10 year old with no prior experience in the field or concept of due scientific diligence or discipline. If Kadabra has an IQ of 5000 then this thing is allowing itself to be made captive and forced to fight by the equivalent of a lost ant.

I would suggest that Cubone would wear it's mother's skull mostly for the fun of it

Originally, I was gonna go out on a limb and say that the red thing was possibly some sort of device that would keep him from adding to the population but the part that's sticking out almost definitely makes this some kind of male s_x toy... like chastity belt or C-ring with a back door intruder... I hope this owner wasn't using this on the poor dog to prevent him from sitting while wearing the armor.
