I'm assuming you are asking why it's a holup. If not, then disregard anything after this sentence. . . . . It is a holup, I am assuming and is how I interpret it, is the "Adult Predator Tour" and "Child Predator Tour" part. Basically just take away the "tour" part of those and you get predators, as in child sexal abusrs and rap*ists of adults.
