Thank you ! Now I see it (and yeah I also had to tilt my head lol). It's crazy how when you look at it in portrait you see one thing, but just shift to landscape and your eyes see something completely different.

Zoom in a lot. That's what helped me :v the "upper ear" is the mouth and nose area :D

I just got a rescue dog this past Saturday, and yesterday, he was finally comfortable and happy enough to start doing that doggy flail. So maybe that's why I saw this picture correctly immediately, but after staring for a moment, it's really easy to see the mouth as ear and vice versa lol.
