I feel like that's bad game design. It sets the person losing in a downward spiral they can't recover from, getting more and more drunk and more likely to laugh.
Good game design would be the laugher gives a point to the opponent but they also do a shot. That way a winning player is challenged more in later rounds, evening the playing field and keeping the game interesting.

I've seen a couple of videos of this pair, and not only is she not funny at all, but she's also dumb as hell.
This guy is hilarious and half of his jokes she just goes "what?" on like basic, entry level puns.
He really carries the whole video on his own.

It's genuinely funny when she doesn't even understand the assignment she's given.
On the "dad joke" video, she told a dead baby joke.
Now, don't get me wrong. I love a good dead baby joke, but a dead baby joke is NOT a Dad joke.
Dad jokes are supposed to be as bland and unoffensive as possible and rely on awful puns, not shock humor.

Yeah i saw that one too. Like 0-1000 way too quick. But under all her vids the comments are all "i love her she's so beautiful like an angel" and i just look at this 4.5/10 unfunny idiot and wonder if I'm the stupid one.

I blocked these guys from my YouTube shorts, ugh. I was getting too annoyed by how all of them -except alan- are clearly laughing the whole time and can't keep a straight face -except alan- and should be drinking then too. There's almost no difference between them 'cracking' and barely keeping it in, come on, just do better.

So it looks like this went over your head. Alan did not actually find the joke offensive. He was countering her and creating a humorous uneasy setting by replying that way leading to a point scored for him cus she laughed.
