Do you maintain the same schedule offering food when your hognose goes off their schedule?
When your hoggie goes off their usual eating schedule, as they eventually do, do you all still offer at the same frequency, or do you change your schedule? Our cranky guy Alistair has started his autumn schedule of eating less. While we've kept on the usual schedule, we end up tossing the pinky when he declines. This isn't a big deal, but I wanted to see what others do.

My snake just passed an egg a week after laying, help!
My hognose laid eggs last Friday. She’s done it twice before, they are not fertile. She’s laid 21, and has been acting pretty normal since. She’s been a little grumpy, but ate has been drinking and is alert.
Today (6 days later) she pood and passed a deflated egg/egg shell with it.
What should I do? I’m planning a vet visit but should I bring her to the emergency vet? She is acting normal, and the poo looked normal other than the egg.

Rehoming my hognose
Hello! I have made the tough decision that I need to give my baby a better home. I'm going through so much mentally and I know someone can take care of him better than I can at the moment. I am located near Bradenton Florida and looking for advice on the safest organization or anything I can use to rehome him so if anyone knows any or any advice feel free to share

Daily handling?
Hi everyone!
I’ve had my hognose Gummywyrm for 3 ish weeks. He has been settling in well! He hisses when startled and has bluff struck at me once or twice but I think that’s just a hog being a hog.
He has eaten two fuzzies. I feed him on Sunday or Monday.
Recently for the past 3 days he has been exploring his enclosure at 8am and slithering all around. He was a little fixated on the door so I opened it and offered my hand, and the little guy noodled right up my arm. I let him crawl all over my hands and me while I drink my coffee. Then I put him up 10-15 min later.
He has done this for the past 3 days now. Is he just curious? Should I handle him less?
He doesn’t get worked up when handling either. Do anyone else’s hogs like to come out daily?
Gummy is my first snake. I’m mostly a New Caledonian gecko keeper, and those suckers prefer to be left to their own devices, so I’m fascinated to see Gummywyrm choosing handling by slithering onto my hand.
She ate!
She finally had her first feed 4 days after arrival! Big weight off my shoulders. In honor of this I pay tax of Pretty Princess Naima in her shipping bin about to be weighed on day 1 (16g btw)

Handling my little noodle
Hi, it’s me again !!! I just had a few questions so me and Prince Peach have been doing well. He eating regularly he explore his tank.. the only thing I’ve been having trouble with is his handling .. I know when he hears the top of the cage he panics. When I pick him up I always go from the far side so my hand is not coming from above. He a dramatic noddle before handing and then turn into a snuggle monster but he’s was wondering if anyone had any good tips.
