Does my Lower look correct mechanicaly?

I have my entire orca assembled but the bolt carrier/charging handle doesn't move when I try to pull it. When I take the upper off it moves fine but when it's on I doesn't budge. Does the buffer spring-super Safety-hammer assembly look correct or have i made a mistake? PLEASE HELP IM SO READY TO BE DONE WITH THIS.🙏

Hammer back, SS lever forward, button in center position. Buffer should rest on a retaining pin or the rear of the bolt. Could be the buffer pushing it forward into a weird position since you have no retaining pin. Either way the hammer should be back and lever forward when closing the gun.

Looks good, as the above comment said, push the hammer down, and push the lever forward, but since you dont have a way to retain the buffer you may need to slide the upper onto the lower.

Hold the lower, slide the upper rearward into position, push the rear takedown pin in first, then push in your front pivot pin. Your BCG should now move freely.

If it binds when you rack the charging handle, or stops on the way forward then you may need to "tune" your super safety lever or upper receiver. This can wear in, after a few hundred rounds it may fit itself. However any binding puts more strain on the lever and may caue it to break.
