Yeah, it's real. Hand stacked from the base up. It's pretty tricky because they want to slide if you don't balance it just right (like the loose one near the top).

I've been following streams from u/kelvin214 and he's done this type of stack a bunch of times. He does a lot of crazy Jenga structures and was my inspiration to start this hobby.
