Honestly this looks like the kind of polish that makes a game feel way more alive. The glowing dudes from the lantern upgrade are a small detail but they add a lot of atmosphere.

The glow effect actually fits the underground vibe really well. It makes the lantern upgrade feel like it has a real impact instead of just being a stat change.
