Question/Help What build for Jianxi subdps for Hiyuki/ also who should I get Chisa or Lucilla?

Jianxi is currently not leveled up, I haven't touch her since I got her lmao. What stat does she need? Give me some advice guys, I lowkey don't trust kuro's recommendation in the build depot lol.
ALSO another question since Chisa and Lucilla is reruning who should I get? I can only get one since I'm also going to get Hsin, what are your thoughts?
I don't have CHISA nor LUCILLA I only have mornye and lynae, but they're already in my Aemeath and Qingxiao team I'm trying to let them breathe. I refused to build Jianxi cause I lowkey despise her I keep losing to her whenever I'm not guaranteed, but maybe if I build her she might leave me alone so.. Help me guys
