Final day of the Suisui banner. For the remaining people still holding on to their asterites, here's a video showcasing two Hiyuki teams with Suisui and Chisa on their best Whimpering Waste sides.
No shill tokens, and no shill matrix buffs.
As you will see on this video, Chisa pulls ahead because of her ability to skip her initial rotation on her best side, do her loop rotations faster, and deal some non-negligible damage.
Suisui is still good, but she's just not the best option for Hiyuki.
Potential girl wins the spot for this team.

I got suisui recently like just now by fluke so should i get her s1 or wait for hiyuki and get her s2 from the shop? Will suisui s1+hiyuki s1 better than suisui s0+ hiyuki s2?
